Consistent Schedules
We offer consistent and reliable work schedules with no rotating or swing shifts. Employees are scheduled to work 8-hour straight shifts, which include paid breaks. Additionally, there are occasional opportunities for overtime based on business needs.

Shift Differentials
We offer generous shift differentials, with 2nd shift earning an extra $1.00 per hour and 3rd shift earning $2.00 per hour.

Attendance Incentive
Earn an additional $1.00 per hour when you work all scheduled hours for the week.

Summary
Under the direction of the Production Support Supervisor, the Production Support Lead is engaged in leading the teams that move raw and finished materials to identified locations as well as providing direction to the manual cheese de-boxer personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

Drive forklift
Use the company’s Warehouse Management System
Create and close work orders for rework, trim, and processing solids
Collaborate with the production Team Lead on pre-shift meeting and other items as needed
Participate in our cycle count program to include raw materials and corrugate
Pick cheese, ingredients, packaging and/or other raw materials for production
Oversee the manual cheese de-boxer personnel
Check to ensure completion and accuracy of the pre-shift forklift inspection
Ensure the FIFO of all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
Wrap pallets and stack them in pallet racking
De-stage materials in a timely manner
Work safely and ensuring the rest of the team is following proper safety protocols
Comply with our company GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards
All other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Ability to use computer systems.

Work Environment
This position primarily works in a cooler environment. Temperatures are usually around 38 - 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
