Consistent Schedules
Winona Foods' production schedules do not rotate or swing.  We offer 8-hour straight shifts with paid breaks.  There are occasional opportunities for overtime based upon business needs.

Shift Differentials
Winona Foods offers generous shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

• 2nd shift - $1.00 per hour
• 3rd shift - $2.00 per hour
