Summary:

Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, the Shipping and Receiving Coordinator works closely with warehouse, customer service, purchasing, and outside vendors to control, receive, and ship goods.

Job Duties:

The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  1. Recording and processing all Receipts and Shipments proficiently in E21. 
  2. Proficient navigation within E21 to complete the tasks of:
    1. Inventory look ups
    2. inventory adjustments
    3. License Plating processes
    4. Allocate customer orders.
    5. Run required reports.
  3. Must be able to complete all reporting for weekly, monthly, and yearly cutoff processes.
  4. Schedule carrier appointments in TMS (Blujay)
  5. Creating and Coordinating intra-company transfers.
  6. Strong computer skills including the use of E21, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  7. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Detail oriented and multitasking skills
  9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  10. Excellent organization and administrative skills
  11. Maintain work area in clean and orderly status.
  12. Answer phones
  13. All other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related experience
  • Previous warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with a Windows-based computer system (programs include Microsoft Office and inventory software)
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents such as sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving documents
  • Ability to write standard documentation and present information to other employees in the organization
  • This position may require forklift certification
