Job Details:

  • Full-time
  • 1st Shift  (6:00am-2:00pm)
  • $27.00 per hour (including incentive)
  • Department: Production
  • Job Location: Green Bay, WI

Summary:

Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the Team Lead works closely with the employees on their respective line to while providing direction to drive overall performance in the department.

Job Duties:

The list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  1. Provide direction to team members including but not limited to:
    1. Safe job performance
    2. Proper line set-up
    3. Paperwork verification
    4. Job responsibilities
    5. Work area cleanliness
    6. Quality of production
  2. Follow all safety protocols 
  3. Provide support for line samples
  4. Provide support for team member training
  5. Check-ins for all team members to ensure support and engagement
  6. Communicate with Maintenance to provide insight into line breakdowns
  7. Assist Supervisor to drive and test process improvements
  8. Train to Back-Up Supervisor on an as-needed basis
  9. Train to Back-Up Operators on an as-needed basis
  10. Accurate inventory Control of all packaging materials and finished goods pallets
  11. Maintain a clean work environment
  12. Comply with GMP standards as set forth by company
  13. All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least six months of related experience to become familiar with processes and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Experience with a Windows-based computer system and Microsoft Office programs is necessary
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents such as sales orders, slips, inventory records, and receiving documents
  • Ability to write standard documentation
  • Ability to effectively present information to other employees in the organization
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals
